Jim has recently formed a new production company & record label called Purple Tongue Records. Purple Tongue will produce artists and release original content music and videos. The first artists signed to Purple Tongue are American Idol alumni Mikalah, Drew Arcoleo, Michelle Moyer, and Ryan Fitzgerald. Jim has just finished co-writing and producing the latest record for Laura Michelle. Jim is also currently writing with Kate Voegele and Marc Broussard.
Jim's song Unbelievable was chosen as the featured song in the new MyCause Water ad campaign. Also, Jim's song Girls has been featured on Delta's in flight radio.
For a few weeks in Mar. and April, Jim sat in with the house band as a backup singer on NBC's hit show The Voice!
Jim is currently in the studio producing records for Korbee (Tom and Jenn) and Laura Michelle. Jim will be in NY for upcoming TV performances with Avril Lavigne promoting her new single Wish You Were Here: Good Morning America Nov. 22, Macy's Day Parade on Thanksgiving Nov. 24, Regis and Kelly Nov. 28, Rachel Ray Nov. 29, as well as a handful of radio shows in Dec. on the east coast.
Jim just wrapped up the Black Star Tour with Avril, and is heading back into the studio for more productions. Also, check back for details on upcoming TV performances of Wish You Were Here, Avril's latest single.
Jim has been touring all over the world with Avril Lavigne. Recently, they played on Britain's Got Talent (in front of Simon Cowell and David Hasselhoff - Knight Rider!!), Schlag den Raab in Cologne, Germany and shows in the Bahamas and Tampa. Avril is set to perform at the Much Music Awards in Toronto on June 19.

Just got back from an awesome 30 day trip around the globe with Avril Lavigne. We hit Paris, London, Monte Carlo, San Remo, Hong Kong and Tokyo. We've been promoting Avril's new record Goodbye Lullaby which comes out Tuesday, March 6th!
